Jackson County used the American Hearing Aid center and offered free hearing test to all Jackson Employees. I knew that I had hearing loss but not to the magnitude that it was. Needless to say after having Dr. Lockett conduct my hearing test we discovered that my left ear had the loss of 70%. You can imagine the fear I felt at that moment but knowing there was a solution with the genesis hearing aid, it was life-changing. I also learned through a video that he showed that dementia had been traced to hearing loss as well. I had no idea that hearing loss could cause so much damage to your over all well being and health. WHO knew because I sure didn’t. The short of it comes down to this, I purchased the Recommended Genesis hearing aid for my left ear and it has been life-changing! The sounds that I have heard that I took for granite have been amazing and I’m very very thankful to both JACKSON COUNTY, JoLanna Kilgore, and of course, American hearing aid and Dr. Lockett. Both Dr Lockett and his staff have been so encouraging and so helpful! I highly recommend if you have any question or concerns with your hearing to consider speaking with them. Excellent customer service. Patrick and his staff go above and beyond to help make hearing better. I came in with my wife for a " tune up" on her hearing aids, they performed a hearing test on me while I waited and I left with hearing aids that day .

Patrick Lockett was very knowledgeable. After testing my hearing in both ears, he helped me make the right choice to better serve my hearing loss! They schedule me every three months for cleaning and potential updates. He and his assistant have been great to work with. Highly Recommend!

The only hearing aids they sell at American Hearing AId Centers Inc, are the only hearing aids made in America. During the pandemic, there were no distribution issues, and all parts are readily available without delays. I like that. The people here are friendly and helpful.
